Updated tank trailer for transporting manure and biogas substrate.
Designed for frequent loading and unloading stops, with an optimized pump-to-tank connection, two six-inch hose connections, and a dock funnel. A 30 m³ tank can be filled in 4.5 minutes. That’s approximately 40% faster than conventional tank trailers. This time saving benefits the trailer’s operating costs.
The Quickliner FV2011 is equipped with a steered first and third axle. This allows for easy maneuvering with minimal damage to tires and the ground. D-TEC expects that a tire change will only be necessary after 300,000 km or more.
With a maximum fifth-wheel load of 14 tons and three 9-ton axles, the gross vehicle weight of this trailer is 41 tons. With a tare weight of approximately 6,460 kg, this results in a payload of approximately 34,540 kg.
