The Ground Loader is a platform that allows you to very easily load and unload complete pallets into vans within seconds. The system was developed and is produced by Neo-Dyne bv in Arnhem, and is used all over the world in situations where large, heavy objects have to be loaded into vans.
You can consider the Ground Loader as a smart alternative to a traditional tail lift. With a few enormous advantages. The Ground Loader can be installed in approximately 30 minutes, with the special Neo-Dyne strap kit or Neo-Dyne mechanical kit on the lashing eyes. And it can be removed from the loading space just as quickly. That means maximum flexibility in use. Fixed installation, with screws, is also possible. In principle, the Ground Loader does not require any (electrical or pneumatic) power supply. The operation is standard with an 18V cordless drill that drives the platform via a reducer. For those who want more convenience, the loading platform can be connected to the vehicle’s on-board battery for an additional charge and you can operate it with push buttons.
When unfolded, the Ground Loader lies flat on the road surface with a height of only 40 mm. This makes it easy to drive onto it with a pallet truck. The pallet truck can even remain on the platform so that the entire pallet can be easily unloaded again at the unloading address.
Any tow bar can remain in place when using the Ground Loader, so that the use of a trailer remains possible.
