Ultra-low chassis from DAF, with the well-known large cabs (XF, XG or XG+), designed for building a car transporter. Available with an 11- or 13-liter diesel engine, with outputs from 270 to 390 kW (370 to 530 hp). Vehicles cannot be loaded above the roof.
DAF uses the Lowdeck chassis of the XF and lowers it by another four centimeters. The chassis is then only 83 cm high. With a conventional car transporter body on the chassis, plus a close-coupled trailer from, for example, Groenewold or Rolfo, you can load up to eight passenger cars.
The front and rear axles are mounted on 22.5-inch rims with low-profile tires. Also available as a 6×2 with a 17.5-inch, 4.5-ton pusher axle (non-liftable).
Predictive Cruise Control comes standard, along with cam mirrors and a blind spot camera. This chassis is available in various lengths.
