Each Pusskeiler will take over the position of Head of Operations at Mercedes-Benz Vans effective October 1, 2025. She will succeed Francesco Ciancia, who is leaving the company. Pusskeiler is currently Head of Operations Supply Chain at Mercedes-Benz.
Elke Pusskeiler began her career in 1991 at Daimler-Benz AG in Sindelfingen. After holding various positions in Controlling, Program Planning, and Final Assembly for Seats and Engines, she took over as Head of Program, Capacity Planning, and Methods in 2014. From 2019, she was responsible for production within the compact car production network before assuming the position of Head of Supply Chain Management in 2020.
Pusskeiler will be responsible for manufacturing, engineering, logistics, and quality management of Mercedes-Benz vans. The manufacturer has production sites in Germany, Spain, Poland, the US and China. (
