The Dutch company Hyva (Hydrauliek Vaandrager) manufactures a large range of double-acting hydraulic cylinders for compactors, refuse collecting vehicles, container handling systems and tippers.
For the standard range the rod is hard chromed and the tubes are made of DOM st52 steel. Avialable with bore from 40 to 200 mm, for 210 to 350 bar working pressure.
The diverse standard components can be combined into a customized solution. Hyva also sells pumps, oil inlets, valves, valve additions, surface treatments of the piston rod, bottom eyes and trunnions, and cylinder coating. Also, the bore (up to 300 mm) and stroke (up to 4500 mm) can be manufactured to specific requirements.
Hyva cylinders are used as OEM (original equipment) by different truck and tipper manufacturers.
