Nooteboom Trailers — 2+4 Euro-PX3 — low loader. Low loader with increased payload.
Nooteboom is further expanding the EURO‑PX3 product line with the introduction of a new combination: a 2-axle Interdolly coupled to a 4-axle EURO‑PX3 low loader. This latest configuration within the third generation of EURO‑PX low loaders addresses the growing demand for higher payloads and maximum versatility within special transport.
The EURO‑PX3 is available with 2, 3, or 4 rear axle lines, with a load capacity of 12 or 14 tonnes per axle line at 80 km/h. The distance between the axles is optionally 136 or 151 cm. The semi-trailer can be combined with an Interdolly with two or three axle lines. Tire size optionally 245/70R17.5 or 285/70R19.5. Vehicle width: choice of 2,540 mm, 2,740 mm, 2,840 mm, or 2,990 mm.
The Euro-PX3 was introduced in 2025 as a 3-axle low loader. Following the addition of the 2-axle variant at the end of 2025, this version with 4+2 axles marks a new step in increasing payload capacity.
This new 2+4 EURO‑PX3 offers over 1,000 kg of extra payload capacity compared to the previous generation, without compromising on robustness, quality, or ease of operation. The 2-axle Interdolly is interchangeable with both earlier generations of EURO low loaders and the latest EURO‑PX3 models.
Thanks to the steering system and vehicle configuration, the 2+4 EURO‑PX3 better meets the requirements for exceptional transport. In practice, this means that transporters can more easily obtain long-term exemptions (instead of incidental exemptions) for longer vehicle combinations. Moreover, the deployment of a second driver is required less frequently. Furthermore, the driver has additional steering angle with manual controls at his disposal for maneuvering in tight situations.
