4x2 tractors are designed to tow semi-trailers. They have a gross weight of 19 - 21,5 tonnes and can load up to max. approx. 12 tonnes on their fifth wheel. Most have diesel engines but other drivelines are starting to be populair: LNG and battery-electric. Hydrogen-electric is believed to be the future.
6x2 tractors are used for towing semi-trailers with a fifth wheel pressure between approx. 10 and 18 tons.
