Low, lightweight chassis for the electric vans of the Stellantis Group, namely the Citroën Jumper-ë, Fiat e-Ducato, Opel e-Movano, and Peugeot e-Boxer. This chassis has long been available for the diesel versions of these models. The frame height is only 41 cm. Loading and unloading can often be done by stepping in/out of the vehicle, or with a hinged tail lift (without hydraulics). Additional benefits include a low center of gravity, effortless and fast loading and unloading, safer working conditions, a higher payload, and the ability to build large-volume containers.
Available in various lengths and with various wheelbases. Built in the same way as the diesel versions. If Coxx X-Low owners want to switch from diesel to electric, this is often easily achieved by transferring the bodywork.
The electrical system of the original Stellantis chassis is fully retained. The drive battery is placed between the X-Low frame.
The electric Coxx X-Low vehicles have a gross vehicle weight of 4250 kg and are required for driving with a category B driving license. They are approved for towing a trailer with a gross vehicle weight of 2400 kg (if registered with a gross vehicle weight of 3500 kg).
