DAF XF two-axle tractor as a battery-electric vehicle. The 350e is the most powerful version, featuring the Paccar EX-D2 electric motor with an output of 350 kW/480 hp. Available with three, four, or five battery packs, a maximum total of 525 kWh, and a range of 460 to 500 kilometers.
Equipped with so-called LFP batteries, free of cobalt and nickel, they have high thermal stability and can be charged to 100% daily without affecting their lifespan. DAF provides an eight-year warranty on these batteries.
The unladen weight of this tractor is 10,950 kg. With a nine-ton front axle, this XF has a gross vehicle weight of 20,500 kg, resulting in a maximum payload of 9,550 kg on the fifth wheel. For those requiring more payload, a 6×2 version is now also available.
