Imbema Transport – Gas detection system for vans. In combination with an extraction system.
Gas detection system that monitors air quality in the cargo area of a van. Potentially dangerous gases are detected and identified early. In the event of danger, a warning message is automatically generated.
In combination with the Easy Aero Electric roof ventilator, the system automatically activates ventilation to reduce gas concentration in the cargo area. Optionally, warning messages can also be sent to the driver, a central control room, or a dispatcher.
Heavy gases can accumulate near the floor in the cargo area and reach dangerous concentrations there. Until now, extraction was often carried out via floor vents, but with the increasing popularity of electric vans, this solution is only feasible to a limited extent. Imbema addresses this problem with an electric extraction unit installed in the lower part of the cargo area. The system captures heavy gases directly at the collection point and vents them to the outside via an exhaust.
With Easy Aero, Imbema offers a proven roof ventilation system. Thanks to the patented push-and-pull Venturi technology, the system ensures continuous air exchange. For applications with higher ventilation requirements or for use when the vehicle is stationary, the system is also available as an electrically powered version, Easy Aero Electric.
